Local trainers

All of our customers have access to a local training specialist. Your expert trainer will make sure you’re set up right, work with you to onboard the system and train your team, and is available to support you on your monitoring journey. Here is Kirstin running a second onboarding session with Sarah and Shane.

Up-to-date software

Our subscription customers on SenseHub® Dairy will be automatically updated when new versions become available globally. Your local trainer can assist you with any changes that affect you. There is no cost for these updates and you don’t have to do anything special. Here is our Training Manager demonstrating the system.

Global backing

The SenseHub® Dairy platform and technology is owned and developed by MSD Animal Health, who’s philosophy is the Science of Healthier Animals. This means our technology is built to be comfortable for the animal is backed up by extensive science and research and has the support of veterinarians. NZ Resources

We know everyone learns differently so having a mixture of face-to-face and online training opportunities and NZ customised digital and print resources available means we have all the bases covered. A dedicated e-learning platform houses all our training material including; videos, quizzes and checklists. When you onboard with us, you are given access to this platform – a great way to refresh staff or up skill new team members at the beginning of the season.
