Service Desk

Our service desk operates during normal business hours then our after-hours emergency team kick in before and after to extend the time we are available to support you. This means we provide New Zealand based phone support 4am – 7pm, 7 days a week!

We also have a technical support team on the ground, located throughout the country, so if you have any technical issues on farm, a skilled expert can get you back up and running ASAP.

Everyone learns differently so we offer a mixture of face-to-face and online training opportunities. Also, we have created New Zealand specific digital and print resources, meaning we have all the learning types covered.

Our dedicated e-learning platform houses all our training material including videos, quizzes and checklists. When you onboard with us, you are given access to this platform. This is a great way to refresh staff or up-skill new team members at the beginning of the season.

Your local trainer can assist with any changes that affect you. There is no additional cost for these updates, and you don’t have to do anything to receive them.
